Rock Star is the flagship education system of PR Partners built over three decades in Washington DC by Reginald Laws, and now delivered on stages across the US, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, France and beyond. 

It has trained thousands of hairdressers and has worked alongside global beauty brands including Wella, L’Oréal and TIGI. In recognition of his contribution to hairdressing education, Reginald Laws was knighted by the Intercoiffure Mondiale for the Rock Star system. 

The idea behind it is simple: technique gives you skill, but communication is what builds a career. Rock Star trains both cut, color and the client conversations that turn a one-time visit into a loyal, referring client.
